On your phone

All your trackers, history, notes and photos. Protected by app lock if you turn it on, and hidden in the app switcher.

In your iCloud (if you choose)

An encrypted backup we can't read. The last five versions are kept.

On our server (only if you create a link)

An encrypted report that expires automatically, plus its open count. Never the key.

Anonymous weekly counts (only if you opt in)

Categories, goal types, streak bands and which replacements helped, with no identifier. They answer questions like "what do people who quit smoking most often do instead?" Custom names only with a second opt-in, and only shown in our reports when at least five people share them.
